Fallout 4 Guide: Where to find the Fat Man Mini-Nuke Launcher
Inside Beaver Creek Lanes, a location on the Island you travel to in Fallout 4 Far Harbor, there is an easily-accessible unique weapon many players will enjoy testing out and may even find great use for: The Striker.
Head inside this ghoul-infested bowling alley, and look dead ahead for the employees only door. Unlock it novice and follow the path to easily find The Striker behind a door up some stairs.
In this same room are modified bowling balls that the Striker uses as ammunition. Read the terminal in the same room to unlock the safe, as well as learn the recipe to make Modified Bowling Balls at chemistry stations. You'll find about 4 of the balls around The Striker. Before you leave, know that you can search at the beginning of each lane to find about 6 extra bowling balls, as well as one on a ball return.
This gives you You can't craft bowling balls, but you can turn any you find into ammo. You can collect them after the battle and get most of your stock back. If you want even more bowling balls, you can find them and they'll occasionally respawn both at Beaver Creek Lanes and at the bowling alley in General Atomics Galleria back at the Commonwealth.
You cannot use normal bowling balls as ammo, and converting them to modified balls will reduce their weight to 0 1 on Survival. You can remove the bowling-ball launcher mod by crafting a standard mod on it, keep the bowling ball launcher mod and place it on a two-shot Fat Man and get extra ammo every time you fire.
You may also have a Fat Man with another preferable legendary effect and can switch it out to use bowling balls as ammo. Heavy hitter and fast-firing Comparison - two guns from the same base. There, you can also watch the trailer and view new weapons that can be found. The area is massive, so we can expect plenty of quests and exploration in a foggy, rugged area with new and challenging creatures to battle. Pleae note there are different endings for this DLC, something we all wanted!
It's like the actual end-game of FO4 in that you can choose the outcome. This covers how to make the Robot Workbench to begin making your own Automatrons, and walks you through the first two quests while providing some tips for fighting the Mechanist's creations. Quest 3 Walkthrough: Headhunting is also live on the site.
Now that I've written about all Perks in Fallout 4, I've put them all in a list , with how they work, what you can expect, and my own opinions on them. Hope this is handy! I've also compiled map shots of all Bobblehead Locations in the game. You can choose to explore the locations on your own or read descriptions for those I've taken notes about.
I'm writing a Guide to Nuka World , piece by piece. I've written over a dozen in just a week and plan to continue. There is much more to this DLC, it will just take time to write it all. Check back for more. Comment on the appropriate page if you have a tip to share with other readers.

Fat Man (Fallout 4)
By far the best weapon in the Fallout series, aside from the ridiculous mini-nuke shotgun, is the Fat Man mini-nuke launcher. Unlike its over-the-top cousin, this weapon is actually pretty useful, firing just one of the extremely powerful explosives. There are a few scattered around the map, giving you multiple options for how to get it. However, the one I detail below is definitely my preferred method, as it has a few advantages over others. Outpost Zimonja, found right near the middle of the map, just northeast of Tenpines Bluff which you should encounter during the Minutemen mission chain , houses a Fat Man. The raider who holds it, appropriately called Boomer, is a tough foe however. Sneaking up is probably the best option, but there are about four raiders within the outpost, along with an auto-turret on the southeast side.
